Francis Kahata, Meddie Kagere and Wellington Ochieng were on the scorecard as Gor Mahia continued their unstoppable cruise towards their 16th title hammering Bandari 3-1 in Kisumu on Saturday.
Kahata scored the opener in the 39th minute, Kagere added the second in the 57th minute before defender Wellington Ochieng scored his first for the club and the third in the game in the 70th.
Michael Apudo pulled one back for the hapless Bandari who have not won in five games but by then the Green Army was dancing their way to their third consecutive win.
Having beaten Tusker and Sofapaka, Bandari whose form has been down of late was an easy prey and K’Ogalo made easy work of them especially in the second half after a 1-0 first half lead.
Kahata was the man who put Gor ahead after 40 minutes, Kagere scores his third in three consecutive matches and Ochieng headed home a Kahata corner.
Apudo made a good break catching Gor defence napping to earn a consolation for the sportsmen.
At 51 points, Gor now look poise for their fourth title in four years. They enjoy an 11 point gap ahead of second placed Kakamega Homeboyz.
In the other game Western Stima and Nzoia played to a barren draw at the Sudi Stadium in Bungoma.
